Adani Green Energy Appoints Saurabh Shah As New CFO
Adani Green Energy has named Saurabh Shah as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2024. Shah, currently Deputy CFO at Adani Enterprises, will succeed Phuntsok Wangyal, who is stepping down.
Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has announced the appointment of Saurabh Shah as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shah, who is currently the Deputy CFO at Adani Enterprises, will officially take on the role at AGEL starting October 1, 2024. He will be succeeding Phuntsok Wangyal, who will be stepping down from the position effective September 30, 2024.
Saurabh Shah brings with him over two decades of extensive experience in financial management. His expertise includes financial accounting, reporting, planning, budgeting, internal controls, liquidity management and investor relations.
