Archer Daniels Midland’s grain Trading company suspended Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vikram Luthar, reached a resignation agreement with the business effective September
The Chicago-based company, which announced in January that it was conducting an internal accounting probe and last month said it was cooperating with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice investigations into its accounting practices, will continue to pay Luthar his base salary during the transition, per the filing.
In another statement, the company announced that it has started a formal hiring procedure to find the organisation’s next CFO.
