Bata India CFO Anil Ramesh Somani Steps Down
Anil Ramesh Somani, Director of Finance and CFO of Bata India, has resigned, effective September 5, 2024, to pursue external opportunities. The company is seeking his successor.
Bata India has announced that Anil Ramesh Somani, Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from his roles to explore opportunities outside the organisation. In a statement to the stock exchanges on August 16, the company confirmed that Somani’s resignation will take effect on September 5, 2024, with his last working day being September 4, 2024.
Bata India also mentioned that the process to identify a suitable successor is underway, and the company will inform the stock exchanges once a candidate is selected.
