Gujarat-based iron and steel company Bhagwati Autocast announced on Thursday the appointment of Ashish Makati as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 7, 2024. This follows the resignation of former CFO Mahendra Prajapati, who stepped down in October citing personal reasons, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE.
Prajapati, who joined the company in September 2023, served as CFO for just over a year. Ashish Makati, a Chartered Accountant, steps into the role with a decade of financial experience.
