BharatPe, a prominent player in the fintech industry, has appointed Nalin Negi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This promotion comes over a year since Negi assumed the roles of interim CEO and CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
In August 2022, Negi became the CFO of BharatPe, taking over from Alvarez & Marsal, the interim CFO. This change followed the departures of Nishit Sharma, the former chief revenue officer and Chandrima Dhar, who headed institutional debt at BharatPe.
Prior to joining BharatPe in 2022, Negi served as CFO for the Indian credit card company and payment provider SBI Card, where he is credited with steering the company’s IPO, as well as a controller for GE Capital Services India.
