Bombay Dyeing Appoints New CFO And CRO
Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company has announced the appointment of Khiroda Jena as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO), effective, August 19, 2024. Jena will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) for the company.
A Chartered Accountant (CA), Jena completed a Group Executive Leadership Course at Ross School of Business, Michigan University in 2021. He brings 24 years of experience in strategy, business planning, deal structuring, negotiations, project valuation and PE funding, with a strong track record in P&L management.
Jena has 12 years of expertise in the Real Estate sector, managing significant land transactions. His key skills include strategic financial management, business development, fundraising, deal restructuring, project profitability, cash flow management, business partnering, and digital transformation.
Previously, Jena served as CFO at Kolte-Patil Developers, where he also managed IT and SAP functions. He has also held positions at Tata Housing Development Company and Welspun Energy.
