Bumble appointed Lidiane Jones as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), on Monday. She will who will succeed founder Whitney Wolfe Herd and assume leadership on 2 January, with Wolfe Herd continuing as executive chair.
Prior to assuming leadership of Slack, Jones served as the EVP and GM of Salesforce Digital Experiences, which included Marketing and Commerce Cloud. She also oversaw the software product team at Sonos and worked as a product leader for nearly 13 years at Microsoft.
Jones, who spent more than 12 years in senior business roles at Microsoft, is currently the CEO of Slack, which is owned by Salesforce. On January 2, she will assume leadership, with Wolfe Herd continuing as executive chair.

This move to Executive Chair gives me the ability to step forward into a new and exciting role, get back to my founder roots and bring immense passion and focus to this next chapter of growth.
