Colin Foster, Company Secretary and CFO has resigned after four years on the job. Mark Lucas, CEO, Cannasouth took a moment to express his appreciation for Foster’s contributions to the company. He specifically acknowledged Foster’s critical role in steering Cannasouth’s financial journey during his tenure as the company’s first full-time CFO.
Foster’s resignation comes after Cannasouth announced the appointment of voluntary administrators.
Cannasouth is the New Zealand’s first medicinal cannabis company to list on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
