Microsoft has appointed Carolina Dybeck Happe as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO). Happe, formerly Chief Finance Offier (CFO) at General Electric, will now oversee key operational functions and report directly to CEO Satya Nadella.
Microsoft has announced the appointment of Carolina Dybeck Happe as its COO. Happe, a seasoned financial executive, previously served as the CFO of General Electric. During her tenure at GE, she played a crucial role in leading the company’s successful turnaround.
In her new role at Microsoft, Happe will join the company’s senior leadership team. She will report directly to CEO Satya Nadella and will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational functions.
