He comes with over two decades of experience as a finance professional. Before assuming his role as CFO, he served as the Vice-President Finance at Greaves Cotton Limited. Previously, he worked with Future Group, Essel Group, Reliance Media World, and Garware Polyester among other companies.
Rathi holds responsibility to drive strategic growth and set up processes and capital structures. V-Trans is planning to go public in coming two to three years.
