The chief financial officer (CFO) will join the company from 1 April 2024. He will replace Jaimin Bhatt who will retire on 31 March 2024.
Kotak Mahindra Bank reshuffles its top management as Devang Gheewalla appointed as CFO and Milind Nagnoor as chief operating officer (COO).
Earlier Gheewalla was working as head of operations at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Gheewalla replaced Bhatt as CFO who was serving the group since 2002. He is also Chairman of the bank’s First Tier Audit Committee (FTAC). Earlier, Jaimin worked with the Godrej Group as Manager – Project Finance and with Indus Venture- a private equity fund.
