Estée Lauder appoints Akhil Shrivastava as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Tracey Travis. Shrivastava will assume the role on November 1
Estée Lauder, the global beauty brands conglomerate, has named Akhil Shrivastava as its new Executive Vice President and CFO, succeeding the departing finance chief, Tracey Travis.
Shrivastava, who has primarily served as the company’s treasurer, will officially assume the role of CFO on November 1. Travis, who has held the position for over a decade, will remain with the company until her official retirement on June 30 next year.
A native of Rewa in Madhya Pradesh, Shrivastava graduated from an engineering college and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Finance and Control from Delhi University. He joined Estée Lauder in 2015 after an 18-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, where he held various finance and leadership roles across Asia, North America and global businesses, including serving as finance director for Gillette, North America.
