Tracey T. Travis retires as CFO of Estée Lauder after 12 years, leaving a legacy of strategic financial stewardship and global investor engagement
Tracey T. Travis, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL), has announced her retirement, effective June 30, 2025. Travis, who has provided over twelve years of exceptional leadership, will collaborate closely with her successor, whose appointment will be announced soon, to ensure a seamless transition.
During her tenure, Travis oversaw multiple key functions including Global Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, Information Technology and Strategy and New Business Development. She co-led the Global Value Council and served on the Executive Leadership Team and Investment Development Committee, earning respect for her engagement with the global investor community.
