Exact Sciences, known for its cancer screening and diagnostic tests, appoints Aaron Bloomer as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from May 15, 2024 onwards
Initially, Bloomer will join as Executive Vice President of Finance, seamlessly transitioning into the CFO position within 30 days. He will succeed Jeff Elliott, who will take on the role of special advisor to the CEO.
Bloomer has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, holding key positions at Baxter International and 3M. At Baxter, he focused on financial planning and analysis, while at 3M, he held roles including Senior VP of FP&A and CFO for divisions in China and Tokyo, driving improved financial outcomes and strategic growth.
