Gaurav Maheshwari Appointed CFO Of InCred
Gaurav Maheshwari, former Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Standard Chartered Bank, has been appointed CFO of InCred Financial, succeeding Vivek Bansal.
InCred Financial, a KKR-backed non-bank financial startup, has appointed Gaurav Maheshwari, former CFO of Standard Chartered Bank, to head its finance division, according to the media reports. Maheshwari, who joined Standard Chartered in 2020, previously served as the finance head at Altico Capital.
Before Maheshwari’s appointment, Vivek Bansal led InCred’s finance department. Maheshwari, in his second tenure with Standard Chartered, had spent 17 years with the bank in various financial roles during his 27-year career, which also includes stints at Coca-Cola and Reuters.
A Chartered Accountant, Maheshwari holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
