HCLTech’s Software Arm Wins 5-yr SBI Deal

The five-year deal will see the deployment of the HCL Unica platform to revolutionise SBI’s customer interaction landscape by introducing hyper-personalised communication across its digital marketing channels

State Bank of India (SBI) has selected HCLSoftware, a division of HCLTech, to implement its MarTech solution as part of the bank’s ongoing digital transformation efforts.

The five-year deal will see the deployment of the HCL Unica platform to revolutionise SBI’s customer interaction landscape by introducing hyper-personalised communication across its digital marketing channels.

HCL Unica is set to leverage its advanced Customer Data Platform, AI technologies and comprehensive campaign management tools to enhance the effectiveness of SBI’s customer engagements. By integrating real-time data analytics, the platform will enable the bank to execute complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with greater precision and relevance.

HCL Unica’s Customer Data Platform will compile and integrate customer data from multiple touchpoints at SBI, forming a cohesive profile that enables enhanced insights and focused marketing efforts.
