Hester Biosciences Names Divyesh Maru As CFO
Hester Biosciences’ Board of Directors has officially appointed Divyesh Maru as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 12, 2024.
Maru, who is currently serving in the Accounts and Finance Department, will transition into his new role overseeing the company’s financial strategies and operations.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and management, Maru holds a Master’s in Commerce from Gujarat University. He brings expertise in financial planning, audit, compliance and ERP implementation, along with a strong background in automation and risk management projects. Maru has previously held senior positions at Irelia Sports India, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Adani Green Renewable Energy and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
