HPCL Appoints K Vinod As CFO
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced the appointment of K Vinod as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The decision was made during a Board Meeting held on September 11, 2024 and his appointment is effective from the same date.
K Vinod is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in various financial domains. Throughout his tenure at HPCL, he has held several senior positions, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and financial stability.
His vast expertise covers a wide range of finance-related areas, including Refinery Finance, Corporate Strategy & Planning, International Trade, Oil Price Risk Management, Integrated Margin Management, and SBU Commercial. Additionally, he has been instrumental in overseeing Corporate Finance and Treasury operations for the company.
