HSS Hire Group Appoints Richard Jones As Interim CFO

HSS Hire Group has appointed Richard Jones as interim Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Paul Quested, who is set to leave the company. The London-listed tool-and-equipment provider announced that Jones brings 13 years of experience in financial roles across British public and private companies, including his tenure as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Alliance Pharma.

Quested’s departure, effective September 1, follows the company’s May announcement, which also revealed a decline in pretax profit for 2023. Jones and Quested will collaborate over the coming weeks to ensure a seamless transition.
