Khiroda Jena, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Kolte-Patil Developers, has stepped down from her position, the company announced in a regulatory filing on Saturday. Jena resigned on August 17, 2024, to explore professional opportunities beyond the organisation.

Kolte-Patil Developers, based in Pune, is a prominent player in the Indian real estate sector with a growing presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company has completed over 64 projects, including residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial properties and IT parks, encompassing more than 28 million square feet of saleable area across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
