Lenskart CFO Mukti Hariharan resigns, set to lead finance at Coca-Cola India as the eyewear company prepares for its IPO.
Mukti Hariharan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Lenskart, has stepped down from her role and is expected to take on a finance leadership position at Coca-Cola India, sources revealed.
As Lenskart gears up for its initial public offering (IPO) within the next 18 to 24 months, the company will now need to appoint a new CFO to navigate the critical pre-IPO phase. Hariharan joined Lenskart in April 2023, following a distinguished tenure at Hindustan Unilever where she headed finance for the homecare division. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has also held senior roles at firms like Credit Suisse.
If Hariharan moves to Coca-Cola India, she will succeed Harsh Bhutani, the current CFO, who is set to transition to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), Coca-Cola’s largest bottling partner, from 1 October.
