Mahindra Finance CFO Vivek Karve Resigns

Mahindra Finance CFO Vivek Karve resigns to pursue other interests but will stay until October 31, 2024, to ensure a smooth transition while a replacement is found

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has announced that Vivek Karve, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has tendered his resignation. Karve has decided to step down to explore personal, social and professional interests beyond the scope of full employment.

Despite his resignation, Karve will continue with Mahindra Finance beyond his notice period, remaining with the company until October 31, 2024. This extension is to ensure a smooth transition as the company searches for a suitable candidate to fill his role.

Karve joined Mahindra Finance in 2020, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience from his previous tenure at Marico. His departure marks a significant change for the non-banking financial company, which is now focused on finding a replacement to continue its financial leadership.
