Jain stated that starting a new venture brings a mix of excitement and challenges. The biggest challenge is convincing the first 5-10 team members to join since no one knows about the company. Jain has experienced this multiple times, from starting Jabong to launching Xiaomi India, and now diving into the world of AI and Supercomputing with G42.
