Nehal Vora Appointed As Managing Director And CEO Of CDSL
Central Depository Services (CDSL), India has announced Nehal Vora as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 18, 2024.
His appointment, approved by the board of directors following SEBI clearance and a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, will span a five-year term until September 17, 2029, pending shareholder ratification of the terms, including remuneration.
With over 25 years of experience in the Indian capital markets, Vora has previously held key positions at BSE, DSP Merrill Lynch and SEBI. He joined CDSL in September 2019.
