Hemant Wani has resigned due to additional professional responsibilities from and Internal restructuring of roles within the group
Nibe has announced that Hemant Dilip Wani, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has submitted his resignation, effective April 22, 2024.
The company’s nomination and remuneration committee have named Ravi Kumar Pareek as CFO, effective April 22, 2024. Having completed his Bachelor of Commerce, Kumar is a Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of post-qualification experience.
