Jerry Letter has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Corporate Development by Noventiq Holdings, a global provider of cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions and services. Under the direction of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hervé Tessler, Letter will oversee the financial operations of the company, including treasury, taxation and accounting. He will also handle mergers, acquisitions and other strategic growth opportunities.
Letter brings over 25 years of experience across U.S. public markets, corporate finance and global operations and finance in senior leadership roles, including expertise in capital markets and M&A transactions.
