Probus has appointed Anand Agrawal as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 20 years of experience in the BFSI and healthcare sectors, Agrawal will help shape Probus’s technology strategy and support its mission to improve insurance distribution through innovative solutions.
Agrawal has held leadership roles at Docplexus, where he improved digital healthcare platforms and at River Fintech Labs, where he developed customer experience solutions for financial services. He also worked at SAP Labs, focusing on enterprise mobility solutions.
In his new role, Agrawal will lead efforts to enhance Probus’s technology platform, focusing on artificial intelligence and omnichannel strategies to improve distribution and customer engagement.
