RattanIndia Appoints Jayant Khosla As CEO
RattanIndia has appointed Jayant khosla as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from April 9, 2024, following the endorsement of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors
Khosla will oversee the Company’s day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategies, enhance capabilities, foster synergies among group entities, ensure statutory compliance, including risk management and governance and manage financial reporting, all under the Company’s Board of Directors. Khosla brings extensive leadership experience spanning multiple decades at prominent companies worldwide.
Additionally, the board has also approved the re-designation of Anjali Rattan Nashier from business chairperson to Co-founder and Co-chairperson of the company, effective immediately. Rajiv Rattan will also serve as co-founder and co-chairman of the Company. Both Rajiv Rattan and Anjali Rattan Nashier will maintain their positions as non-executive directors.
