Manish Chitnis will succeed Ankur Mitra as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Management Personnel (KMP), with effect from April 9, 2024
Ankur Mitra, CFO & KMP, RattanIndia Power, filed his resignation effective from April 9, 2024. Following the advice from the nomination and remuneration committee as well as the audit committee, the board has appointed Chitnis as the new CFO & KMP of the company, effective from the same date.
Chitnis is a chartered accountant with thirty years experience leading credit rating, risk budgeting, strategic planning, fund-raising initiatives for the power sector,and MIS functions. He was associated with a number of well-known organisations before joining RattanIndia Group, including L&T, Capital First Market, Fullerton India Credit Company, Community Finance and India Power.
