Kirk Larsen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Relativity, a global legal technology company, effective April 16
Larsen, with over 30 years of experience has a proven track record of growing SaaS businesses and fostering long-term value creation through mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning.
Prior to joining Relativity, Larsen headed Black Knight, a software, data and analytics firm that catered to the home finance industry, as president and CFO. He led the company through several major turning points during his 10 years there, including its first public offering, eleven acquisitions. Additionally, Larsen has held senior finance roles at Fidelity National Information Services and ServiceLink. Larsen also serves as a member of NCR Voyix Corporation’s board of directors.
