Royal Bank Of Canada Appoints Katherine Gibson As CFO
The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has appointed Katherine Gibson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Gibson has been serving as interim CFO since April 2024 and previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Enterprise Finance and Controller. In that position, she oversaw global finance operations, including external reporting, regulatory compliance and the formulation of accounting policies.
Prior to her new role, Gibson made key contributions to enhancing RBC’s financial management systems, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the bank’s financial reporting framework.
