SentinelOne Appoints Barbara Larson As CFO
SentinelOne, a global leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, has appointed Barbara Larson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.
Larson will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting tax and treasury, investor relations and internal audit. To ensure a seamless transition, Dave Bernhardt will continue as an advisor through the end of the year.
With over 25 years of experience in SaaS financial operations and leadership, Larson is set to support SentinelOne’s next phase of growth and profitability at scale. She brings a wealth of operational expertise from her previous finance leadership roles in high-growth public software companies. Most recently, Larson served as CFO at Workday, where she helped grow the business to $6 billion in annual revenues and achieved 20 per cent non-GAAP operating margins.
At Workday, Larson oversaw all finance and accounting functions, internal audit, tax and treasury, and investor relations, while also contributing to the company’s business strategy and product development. Before Workday, she held senior finance roles at VMware, TIBCO Software and Symantec.
