Shruti Santosh Kulkarni has resigned from her position as CFO and company secretary of White Hall Commercial, effective November 4, 2024, citing personal reasons.
White Hall Commercial, a company involved in finance and investment activities has announced the resignation of Shruti Santosh Kulkarni from her role as Chief Financial Officer (CF)), effective November 4, 2024.
In addition to her role as CFO, Kulkarni also served as the company secretary of White Hall Commercial.
The resignation was attributed to personal reasons, according to a regulatory filing submitted to the BSE, as per media reports.
Kulkarni had been with the company since 2019. The company has not yet disclosed any plans regarding the appointment of a new CFO.
