South Indian Bank announced that its board has given approval for the appointment of Vinod Francis, who currently serves as general manager, as the CFO and a key managerial figure within the bank.
With over 18 years of experience within the bank, Francis has contributed to various functional departments including credit underwriting and the corporate finance department. He has served as the head of SME and corporate branches. Additionally, he has held roles such as Head of SME/Mid-Corporate Credit Processing Center. Currently, since June 2021, he holds the position of Deputy CFO within the bank.
