Clix Capital announced appointment of Gagan Aggarwal as its CFO, on 18 October. Gagan would assume his services with effect from 8 November 2022. Clix Capital is a leading non-banking financial services group with a significant presence across India.

Presently, Gagan is serving as Vice President and Head of Finance and Treasury at Bijak, which is a new age Agritech start-up. He comes with rich and diverse experience of over 18 years having worked with marquee organizations like Indifi, Home Credit and GE Capital in the past.

Speaking on the appointment, CEO, Clix Capital, Rakesh Kaul said, “Gagan’s deep experience has given him extensive exposure in dealing with regulators, rating agencies, auditors and fund raising, which will be valuable for Clix. His has worked both with start-ups as well as established organisations which will be very relevant as Clix embarks on a strategic roadmap of break-out growth.”

Kaul said that Gagan is a well-rounded finance professional and it makes him certain about his association with Clix. His appointment will further rivet the brand’s position in the dynamic and ever-evolving fintech space.

Kaul expressed his gratitude towards the outgoing CFO Rashmi Mohanty for her contributions to the organization and extended best wishes for her future endeavours.
