WhiteOak Capital Asset Management has appointed Nitin Shah as Group CFO, bringing 30 years of financial leadership experience from Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Mahindra & Mahindra Group

WhiteOak Capital Asset Management has announced the appointment of Nitin Shah as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 16.

With 30 years of financial leadership experience, Shah brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Before joining WhiteOak Capital, Shah was the Managing Director and Global Co-Chief Financial Officer of the engineering division at Goldman Sachs. His previous experience includes roles at Merrill Lynch and Mahindra & Mahindra Group.

Shah is a Chartered Accountant and a licensed treasury manager from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.
