Tata Projects Appoints Deepak Natarajan As The New Chief Financial Officer

Tata Projects, a Technology led Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in India, has  announced the appointment of Deepak Natarajan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. In his new role, Natarajan will be responsible for overseeing the integrated finance function, including strategy and M&A, legal, secretarial and compliance, investor relations and communications, as well as internal audit and risk management functions. 

Bringing over 24 years of expertise in controllership, corporate finance, business finance, treasury and supply chain finance, Deepak Natarajan’s appointment highlights Tata Projects’ commitment to driving long-term sustainable growth momentum within the dynamic infrastructure sector.

Deepak Natarajan is a Chartered Accountant and Madras University commerce graduate. His expertise will be crucial in optimising the company’s financial performance, enhancing shareholder value and supporting growth plans of Tata Projects across sectors. Prior to joining Tata Projects, Natarajan served as the CFO for the India Region at Baker Hughes, where he was overseeing the entire financial function. His diverse industry experience includes significant tenures in companies such as General Electric and Cisco Systems.
