Tone Hegland Bachke, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from Telenor to assume a role as a member of the Executive Board of Directors at SHV Holdings
Kasper Wold Kaarbø, serving as the Senior Vice President of Performance & Ownership at Telenor Group, will step into the role of acting CFO starting May 8th. Since his arrival at Telenor in 2004, Kaarbø has occupied numerous high-level roles encompassing finance and strategy throughout the organisation. He has additionally contributed his expertise to various board positions within Telenor and presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at CelcomDigi.
Meanwhile, Bachke will remain with Telenor until August 1 at the latest.
