PayU Global’s Aakash Moondhra Steps Down As Global CFO
Aakash Moondhra resigned as PayU Global’s chief financial officer (CFO), with effect from 30 September, 2023.
“September 30, 2023 will be my last day at PayU/Prosus Fintech in the capacity of Global CFO. It has been an extremely enriching and a gratifying journey – a journey to Die for,” posted on social media.
The firm expanded about 20X in terms of volumes, processing 100 billion dollars’ worth of transactions, and almost 10X in terms of revenues, reaching a billion dollars while remaining profitable. Along with developing operating businesses, we completed 55+ investment transactions in this fascinating journey, ranging from USD 100K cheques to full acquisitions and integration. We deployed close to USD 1.5B in capital with 18%+ USD IRR, and we became one of the best performing segments for the Prosus group, he further added.
Prosus is Netherland based company which backs the Good Glamm Group, Meesho, and other Indian businesses.
