Devendra Rawat Resigns As Jindal Poly Films’ CFO

According to a request made by Rawat to the company, he asked the company to relieve him from his responsibilities with effect from 15 October 2022. He has cited personal reasons behind this resignation in the letter. 

Jindal Poly Films informed about the resignation of Devendra Singh Rawat, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to the exchanges. 

According to a request made by Rawat to the company, he asked the company to relieve him from his responsibilities with effect from 15 October 2022. He has cited personal reasons behind this resignation in the letter. 

Also, in the resignation letter, Rawat has requested the company to remove his name as CFO wherever required as per the Companies Act 2013,

The resignation letter confirms of containing no material reason behind his resignation other than that mentioned by him. 

Rawat previously worked with companies like Sakata Inx, Dabur India and Mohan Mealin, according to his Linkedin profile. 

Rawat in his resignation letter thanked the Board for giving him the opportunity to serve an esteemed company and for giving him guidance throughout his tenure.
