OYO Elevates Rakesh Kumar To Deputy CFO Position

Hospitality chain OYO has promoted Rakesh Kumar to the position of deputy Chief Financial Officer (deputy CFO) of the company.

Kumar will be in charge of managing critical operational finance functions across the entire organisation, including treasury, controllership, shared services, business finance, taxation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and execution of results, said the press statement.

He will continue to report OYO CFO Abhishek Gupta. In addition to his present position, Kumar also took on more partnership positions and oversaw the integration of OYO’s recent acquisitions, including the two European organisations Direct Booker and Bornholmske Feriehuse, it said.

Ritesh Agarwal founded OYO in 2013, and it now provides service with approximately 1.7 lakh hotels and home stores in more than 35 nations, including India, Europe, and Southeast Asia, with more than 40 integrated goods and solutions.
