Vandita Pant

She joined the company in 2016 as the group treasurer and head of Europe and was later elevated to the position of chief commercial officer in 2019

Vandita Pant has been appointed as the chief financial officer (CFO) at BHP, effective March 2024. She joined the company in 2016 as the group treasurer and head of Europe and was later elevated to the position of chief commercial officer (CCO) in 2019. 

Additionally, she also serves on the board of the BHP Foundation as a Director. 

She confirmed her appointment on LinkedIn stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Financial Officer at BHP.”

Previously, she has served on the board of Australia Japan Business Co-operation Committee, Future Economy Council- Singapore, FICC Markers Standards Board and worked at Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro Bank, BNP Paribas and Tourism Finance Advisory Corporation of India.
