Blipstech India has been acquired by the US firm Datafirst AI LLC in partnership with Trinity Digital Solutions LLC. The aim of the acquisition is to leverage the platform to expand the current offerings of IT logs to other use cases across industries. The acquisition will also enable the operations teams to minimize dependency on IT with dynamic machine learning experimentations.
Furthermore, with Datafirst AI LLC in partnership with Trinity Digital Solutions, Blipstech will diversify their proprietary Robosquad framework to other industries and sectors and strengthen the current technology stack with latest trends of AI/ML. The acquisition of Blips will also enable the company to expand their global network and footprint across markets.
Established in 2019, Blips is a product development organization facilitating, enhancing and providing measurable business value through the most effective uses of Technology and Resources. Blips’ proprietary product Robosquad, is an AI platform for analysing and resolving live incidents coming out of service management tools. The solution is capable of predicting, identifying the root cause and fixing the incident through automation. The solution harnesses the power of AI / ML, orchestration, and Pipeline Management tools along with automation and open source technologies.
