The Initiative:
The BW CFO World Finance 40 Under 40 Awards offered an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of finance stalwarts under the age of 40. The event served as a platform for honouring, recognising, and celebrating influential finance leaders and contributors who have left an indelible mark on the industry, and moved towards transformational finance strategies.
Jury and Process:
BW Businessworld reached out to over 150+ nominations and eventually shortlisted 89 members.
The nominations received for The Finance 40 Under 40 Summit and Awards underwent a meticulous multi-tier screening and shortlisting procedure to identify the most deserving winners. The jury process adhered to a specific set of parameters for evaluating the entries, including expansion, leadership journey, milestones achieved, challenges encountered, solutions implemented, and the rationale behind each nominee’s potential win.
