CUC Board Announces To Offer CFO Position
The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. board of directors has agreed to offer the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to one of four candidates
Rodolfo Urbano, a U.S. certified public accountant, has been named acting CFO after Greg Cruz declined to renew his contract, which expired on May 21, 2023. Urbano didn’t apply for the role.
The board has already made a decision on the CFO position, in turn they are currently in the offering stage.
There were four candidates interviewed, and the team met and chose two, before making an offer to one. Three candidates are from other islands, while one is from the island itself.
For the sake of the applicant’s confidentiality, the company is unable to share any additional information on the selected individual. The candidate’s details will be disclosed after he or she accepts CUC’s offer.
