Dr Reddy’s Labs CFO Parag Agarwal To Step Down
M V Narasimham, the current Dy. CFO, will take over the position effective August 1, 2024
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories said that its current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Parag Agarwal, will leave the company after July 31, 2024, due to his desire to extend his philanthropic activities.
M V Narasimham will succeed Parag Agarwal as CFO effective August 1, 2024. Narasimham currently serves as the company’s Deputy CFO and is already a member of both the Management Council and Senior Management Personnel.
Agarwal will work as a philanthropist to make a real difference in the lives of society’s most vulnerable group – the voiceless animals.
Agarwal will also step down as a member of the company’s Management Council and Senior Management Personnel, but will remain accessible until August 31, 2024.
