Niraj Kedia, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finolex Industries, has submitted his resignation due to his family responsibilities. Kedia’s tenure as CFO will conclude on June 30, 2024
In compliance with the terms of the Companies Act, 2013, he would no longer hold a key managerial position with the company, the company announced.
Kedia is an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated expertise in management, budgeting, financial controls and mergers & acquisitions spanning various industries.
