IFB CFO Prabir Chatterjee To Retire
Prabir Chatterjee, Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), IFB Industries has retired from the office of Director and CFO on 31 March 2024
In his resignation letter to the board of directors, IFB, Chatterjee said, “It was a pleasure and privilege being associated with the Board of Directors of the company. I wish the company success in all its future endeavours. Kindly consider this letter as my official retirement from the post of Director and CFO of the Company.”
IFB Industries, founded in 1974, is a major Indian manufacturer with two main divisions. Their well-known home appliances division makes washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators and other appliances for households. This division brings in the majority of their revenue. Lesser known is their engineering division, which produces precision-made parts for automobiles and other industries.
