Logitech CFO Charles Boynton Resigns
The chief financial officer (CFO) is expected to resign in May 2024. The company shares dropped by 7 per cent at the market open.
The CFO is leaving the company for a new career opportunity and his replacement will be announced later. The company shares dropped by 6 per cent. The CFO will demit his position just after a year in this role, Reuters reported.
This took the market by surprise as this was another management change in the Swiss – American Company as chief executive officer (CEO) Hanneke Faber, only joined the group six months ago.
Before Logitech, Boynton was working with Poly as Executive Vice President (EVP) & CFO for nearly four years. Earlier, he had worked with SunPower Corporation, 8point3 Energy Partners, The Tech Museum, ServiceSource, Intelliden & Commerce One.
With nearly 3 decades of experience he is an expert in energy sector, project finance, strategy, corporate development, capital market and real estate sector.
