Signify Appoints Zeljko Kosanovic As The Interim CFO
Zeljko Kosanovic has been appointed as the acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Signify, the global leader in lighting, effective April 1 2024
Kosanovic will replace Javier van Engelen, who resigned on April 1, 2024, to pursue other interests. After joining Signify in 2017 as the CFO of the company’s Digital Solutions business, Kosanovic has held the position of global controller since 2021. Prior to joining Signify, he worked for Schneider Electric in China, Brazil and Europe in a number of CFO and senior leadership roles in general management and organisational change.
Kosanovic graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Nottingham Trent University, an Executive MBA from Kellogg Hong-Kong University of Science & Technology and a Master of International Business from Grenoble University.
